Using the GLADE file spaces

CISL presented this class on April 24, 2015, for users interested in learning about the GLobally Accessible Data Environment (GLADE), which gives Cheyenne, Yellowstone, Geyser, and Caldera users centralized access to their files.

Some details have changed since this presentation. For example, see the GLADE documentation page for current information regarding the scratch purge policy and block sizes.

Dan Nagle, CISL Consulting Services Group, discussed the thinking behind the system, why it works the way it does, and how best to use it.
