HPC user support

CISL provides support for users of NCAR’s high-performance computing (HPC) systems in a number of ways through the Advanced Research Computing (ARC) portal or by phone during regular business hours.

Where to find HPC user documentation and other user support.

  • ARC portal: This is where you will find HPC user documentation, system status reports, allocation management and reporting tools, the Daily Bulletin, and other support links and resources.
  • Phone support: Call the CISL Help Desk at 303-497-2400. Support for emergencies is available 24x7. Routine help is available between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Consultants are on duty 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday.
  • Staff Support portal: This portal (log-in required) is for CISL personnel and NCAR directorate staff who need workstation support.
